Do you provide International delivery?

At this point international delivery is not offered through the website, but we would be happy to chat about personalising a quote for shipping for you. Please get in contact with us.

How do I track my order?

Once your item has been sent you will be provided with a tracking number which can be used through the Australia post App to help you locate your item.

How long will it take to make my order?

At this point, our turnaround time is 5-7 business days. Should you require something much sooner or require a rush order please get in contact with us and we can see how we can help. This does not include shipping time, please calculate this on top of the time it will take to make your order.

I dont want my order posted on social media

Thats completely fine, just let us know when placing the order and we will refrain from posting it on socials or if you would prefer ti to be posted after the event has occurred, just let us know

What is your returns policy?

Given the nature of the products we make and personalisations we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

What are your delivery options?

We offer Local pickup either in Kinglake VIC at a time decided prior, or Lilydale VIC on Fridays.

We also offer express shipping and standard shipping. 

We ship once a week (Saturdays) so be sure to get your order in before then to have it shipped that week
